Dr Barbara Rigassi, economist University St Gallen, has proven experience in leadership positions in the public and private sector. Since more than 20 years she holds Board positions in various industries and foundations, such as Schweizerische Mobiliar Holding AG (insurance) and Swiss Federal Social Security Fund. She serves as well on boards in the health as well as the utility sector.
She is Managing Partner of BHP – Brugger and Partners Ltd, a Swiss-based consulting boutique specialized in the field of Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility. Being a strong promotor of Diversity at Board Level, she committed herself to contribute actively to increase women participation on Boards and founded GetDiversity as the first specialized Board Search Company for women on boards in Switzerland.
